This work by the renowned and iconic Sir Peter Blake is a silkscreen print of a collage composition. ‘Birds’ is from a collection of works entitled Paris Suite created following the huge success of his previous serious Venice Suite. In this piece, the sight of the Opera Garnier swarmed by exotic birds creates an image that is absurd and fantastical.
